Abstract

Through this literature review it is possible to understand and interpret the following system of implementation and certification: International Featured Standards (IFS) of the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and Food Safety Systems Certification (FSSC) NP EN ISO 22000 which are quality tools of the food chain and audits, in order to verify the importance and the need of industries to have an efficient quality system that corresponds to the needs of an increasingly competitive market.
