Inúmeros estudos abordando temas como riso e bom humor mostram a importância destes recursos na prática de promoção da saúde. O uso do riso como terapia parece ser recente, porém amplamente estudado. Para alguns, o bom humor pode ter uma influência positiva no combate a algumas doenças e até beneficiar o organismo diminuindo situações de estresse. Quanto o riso, a alegria e o bom humor poderiam beneficiar a saúde do organismo como um todo?
